Bruce Ferris (My dad’s cousin, so my ??) recently sent a scan of a newspaper clipping that featured that Park Theater baseball team.  Two of the members of the team are Ferrises.   My grandfather, Carroll Ferris (bottom row, center) and his brother (exactly what would he be to me?) Lawrence David Ferris (bottom row, sixth person).

Since my dad’s family is from West Virginia I’ll assume this was in WV.  I don’t know much about this and our best-guess is that this article is from the late 1930s.

I have since been informed that I have one of the names incorrect in my description, above.  As soon as I can find what that correction is I’ll update it.
