A Letter To My Closest Friends

As you know I spend a lot of time on YouTube. A video that Lance and I posted on our YouTube page featuring our good friend Shawn Colton singing Tenacious D’s “Wonderboy” was featured on Panels on Pages. This is a great honor for Lance and I (who posted the video), but even more so for our friend Shawn, the talent in front of the camera with his talent and panache for making everything he sings absolutely rock.

Here, friends, is that video.

When I worked at Datapak Services I sat behind a girl named Sheryl who was very cool.  She was a huge fan of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra and was lucky enough to get to see them when they came to Detroit for their 2005 tour.  She and her husband had great seats and at one point the guitarist threw a pick into the audience.  She picked it up and told her husband that I would LOVE that, so she brought it to me.  How cool was she?!?!
